Plot: Gang leader Lee has been on the wrong side of the law since childhood and always at loggerheads with his authoritative mum, who tried time and again to guide him on the right track. Ferren Lee-Kelly (born January 17, 1976), popularly known as Coco Lee, is a Chinese American, singer, urban contemporary and dance-pop star, songwriter, record producer, and actress. She has released a total of seventeen albums by 2006, with two recorded in English. Her single, “Do You Want My Love” entered the music charts in America and the entire album, “Just No Other Way” gave Coco a break in the English market.
Coco first gained recognition when she won first runner-up in the 1993 New Talent Singing Awards with her own rendition of “Run to You”. A local record company noticed that Coco’s voice stood out aside from being the only contestant to sing in English. The following day, Capital Artists asked her to sign a contract with their label.
Coco is the first Chinese to perform in the Oscars, singing the Academy Award nominee for Best Original Song, A Love Before Time from the movie Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon in the 73rd Academy Awards.[7] Coco also provided the voice of Mulan in the Mandarin version of Disney’s animated feature of the same name.
Coco’s music has been influenced by genres ranging from pop, hip-hop, R’n'B, adult contemporary and soul. While her releases have often received mixed critical reception, she is renowned for her East-meets-West music and sultry vocals. She has also been nicknamed the “Asian Pop Diva” and “Asia’s Mariah Carey” by the media and due to her worldwide success, critics called Coco the “Best-selling Female Artist” of the continent.
In 2001, Asia Weekly magazine named Coco as one of the most powerful people in Asia on their Power 50 list.

Information
Wang Lee Hom was born into a highly educated family, all who were already into medicine or were going into that direction, so when he declined acceptance at prestigious universities such as Yale, and headed towards music instead, his parents were against his decision. For his debut, he awarded Best New Artist of 1996, quickly followed by other awards in 1998, 1999, 2000 etc. He is well-known for participating in all aspects of music production, including - but not limited to: composing, producing, arranging pieces, writing lyrics, playing instruments and directing his own music videos. Moreover, he has quite a history of collaborating with other artists. During the May 2003 SARS breakout in Asia, he produced a song, along with David Tao, that featured many popular Taiwanese and Chinese musicians, called “Hand in Hand”.
In June 2007, he finally announced that his first album in two years will finally be released on July 13th, 2007. He reportedly spent over $10,000,000 NT in making this album, and even travelled to the outskirts of New York to work with famed record mixers like Grammy award winning Mick Guzauski. The new album will be called Change Me (改變自己). For this album, Leehom has moved away from his famous “chinked out” rock style, and has moved to calmer music, to focus on a “greener” R&B/hip-hop style.
