Throw Down (traditional Chinese: 柔道龍虎榜; simplified Chinese: 柔道龙虎榜) is a 2004 Hong Kong film directed by Johnnie To. One of most his personal films to date, To dedicated the film to the late Japanese filmmaker Akira Kurosawa. The film stars Louis Koo, Aaron Kwok, Cherrie Ying and Tony Leung Ka-Fai. The film premiered at the 61st Venice International Film Festival.

    Finally I got the movie by downloading by Firefox. The problem is that the subs I have don’t sync… By this way I had seen only 40 minuts of movie, but till that moment was a very good movie. Another personal movie of Johnny To. A little excentric, semi-experimental… The Judo as backwards…

    The Other downloads have not gone OK and the Windows saids to me that “we had not enought time to download”… Well, I’ll try to get this movie (from a gret director that’s Johnny TO!!) by downloading with Firefox.

    Hope I’m lucky!

    Another thing: I expected more rating for this film. I hope will get the film and see why!!

    Notes: This sub set is pretty good, but the timing is off. There is an alternate sub set at Kloofy with crappy English but the correct timing. I’ll retime the good English version. And I’ll fix a few remaining bad usage cases.

    I might have time tonight to fix the sub timing… As it is, it looks like he’s trying to pick a fight with the waitress - And she doesn’t weigh nearly 320 pounds.
