How to read sub file (Cách đọc file sub)

Usually I post 2 files, one is the video file .avi,  the other one is the subtitle file .srt. This tutorial is for those who wants to connect the two to watch (Thường thì Việt post 2 files, 1 file là file video gốc (.avi) không có thuyết minh, đi kèm với 1 file thuyết minh (.srt). Bài này hướng dẫn cách đọc cả 2 files.)

1. Download Media Player Classic here Please login or register to see the link.. Unzip, and run the .exe file. This is the program to read the video file. You only need to download once to use. (Giải nén và chạy file.exe. Đây là chương trình đọc file video. Bạn chỉ cần phải download một lần để xài, sau này không phải download hay cài đặt lại nữa.)

2. A new window will appear. Click on “File”, and then “Open file”. (Một cửa sổ mới sẽ hiện ra. Bấm vào “File”, sau đó chọn “Open File”.)

3. In it, choose “Browse” (Trong này, chọn Browse (ngay bên dưới chữ Cancel).)

4. Show it to the video file you want to watch. Click Open. Then click ok in step 3’s window. (Chỉ đến file video (.avi) bạn muốn xem. Bấm Open. Sau đó bấm OK trong cửa sổ của bước 3.)

5. The video file will start running. Now you need to input the subtitle file (.srt). Click “File”, then choose “Load Subtitle”. ( File video sẽ bắt đầu chạy. Bây giờ bạn tiếp tục bỏ file thuyết minh (.srt) vào. Bấm vào “File”, sau đó chọn “Load Subtitle”.)

6. On the new window, choose the .srt file you want to watch, then click OPEN. (Trong cửa sổ mới, chọn file thuyết minh (.srt), rồi bấm Open.)

7. If the two video and subtitle files match, and if you follow the previous 6 steps correctly, you should be able to watch the video with subtitle. (Nếu cả 2 file đều đúng, và nếu bạn làm đúng cả 6 bước trước thì mọi thứ đã đâu vào đấy.)

    correct me if i’m wrong, but it seems more like a specific problem with the way your computer run MPC. Just to make sure, have you tried running it on a different computer before ?

    I’m having a problem when using the media player classic:(
    When openig the file,it said something like:”The instruction at “0*1c408666″referenced memory at “0*00000000″.The memory could not read”
    What does that mean??

    Nếu mình xài MAC OS thì ngoài Media Player Classic, Mình có thể xài cái gì khác để load subtittle hông dzi.

    To solve the subtitle problem, do the sequence:

    In View / Option / Playback / Output :
    Check VMR9 Renderless on DirectShow video.
    Click ok, then re-start the program.

    This tip really works.
    U can install vista codec pack, k-lite codec pack or xp-codec pack to got more plugins and open all the video/sound files.

    lại là em nữa nè, chào anh ^^

    cái vấn đề ấy, tuy ko biết cách sửa, nhưng em dùng “total video converter” convert nó và đã xem được rồi. em nghĩ là do audio bit rate của nó lớn quá, PC của em lại có tuổi rồi ^^!

    thế thôi chào anh, làm phiền anh quá :oops:

    em down file cả 2 file này trên mạng, đều có dạng .avi và ko có virus (vì down bằng torrent). đây là hình chụp summary của chúng

    file số 2 (và tất cả các file khác) em vẫn xem được bình thường (xem bằng Media Player Classic), nhưng file số 1 khi mở lên là treo máy >.<

    em so sánh thấy có sự khác nhau giữa “audio format”, ko rõ là cái gì ^^!

    nhờ anh chỉ giúp cách khắc phục.

    Thanks Viet for your instruction above, but I still got a message “Media Player Classic could not render some of the pins in the graph, you may not have the needed codecs or filters installed on the system”…. Then I can hear the music, but there is no video picture.

    Sorry! Help me, plz, I can’t read subtitle as you show :(
    When I use Media Player Classic & click ‘Load Subtittle’, they say “To load subtittle you change the video renderer type and reopen the file.
    -DirectShow: VMR7/VMR9 rendererless or Halii’s
    -RealMedia: Special renderer for RealMedia, or open it through DirectShow
    -Quicktime: DX7 or DX9 renderer for Quicktime
    -ShockWave: n/a”

    I jioned them by HJ Split, I really don’t know why? Plz! My English’s so bad, if they’re wrong, hope you won’t be uncomfortable ^^

    Download VLC Media Player, as long as the srt file has the same name as the movie, but keep the .srt at the end, and is next to the movie file that you want to play then the subtitles should show up automatically when opened with the player. If not, then go to view and then subtitles.
