Just saw this one. The way the girl kept coming back seems a bit excessive and ridiculous, haha. This is only at a TRAIN STATION, in front of watching eyes. Now, imagine what they do in private … ewww.

This was recorded by security cameras at a Shanghai train station, and put on youtube by the staffs there. All three of them have been fired, and the couple threatened to sue the train company. According to the chinese commenters on Youtube, the comments from the staffs you can hear on the video include “they’re getting so hot and heavy”, “better go get a room”, “I’m getting aroused”, “I want some actions, too” etc.

My take: If you don’t want people to videotaped you, don’t do it in public. It is just idiotic. There is nothing wrong with expressing your affection to your lover, but if you do it in public, don’t try to comeback and sue others. This reminds me of the Nhat Ky Vang Anh scandal a while back. If you don’t want people to watch your sex tape, DON’T record it, DON’T make it available. This is what people call “crying wolf”.
Ý kiến cá nhân: Nếu không muốn người ta thấy thì đừng làm nơi công cộng. Thể hiện tình cảm với người yêu thì không có gì sai, nhưng nếu làm ở trạm xe điện thì đừng quay lại tìm cách thưa người khác. Xem cái này nhớ lại vụ Nhật Ký Vàng ANh. Nếu không muốn người ta xem thấy thì ĐỪNG quay, và ĐỪNG để nó lọt vào tay người khác, đơn giản vậy thôi. Chưa chắc “nước mắt cá sấu” lúc nào cũng hiệu quả.

oh, my bad. i shouldda watch it before i posted the comment.
but, after watching it.. i’m really sure that it’s the girl i saw from the thing i talked about.
what made me so sure is not only the white hair band, she has the exact hairband and hairstyle as well as her figures.

The problem is where they did it. If the train is considered a public location, they have absolutely no right to privacy at all, others can videotape them and do whatever they want with it. If it is the private property of the train company, those people even have more right videotaping. The three employees were fired because of the bad PR (public relation) that the whole story generates, not because they did anything illegal.
If ppl taped their video making it available to the public without their consent, I think they are totally entitled to be mad. Just like when you find out someone stalked you and put your pictures on their personal website.
